The Fire Escape is taking every precaution we can to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons. We are following a strict protocol laid out by the CDC.

We have an amazing online tool for our customers that are shopping for a fireplace, wood stove or other hearth accessory. It can be used on a smart phone, tablet or desk top. Simply click on the link to the "Fire Builder". Its a whole lot of fun and once you're done you can request a quote. One of our fireplace experts will be in touch with you via email.
We are prepared to help you design your fireplace / wood stove online and schedule your install, all from the comfort of your own home!
Showroom facilities
We sanitize the high traffic touch areas several times a day. Many of our customers rely on pellet fuel and other necessary items that we offer as the heat source for their homes. So, we will remain open as long as we feel we can maintain a healthy environment for both our staff members and our customers.
Outside Service Calls
If your hearth appliance is not working please let us know and we will set up a service call asap. We understand the importance of these appliances and their use in your home. We will keep this list in order of request to maintain fairness. You can request service by phone
or email.

We are running on schedule for all of our New Construction installations and Remodel projects.
